Standard Shipping: Gamers-Retro offers standard shipping for all orders. Shipping to Spain typically takes between 1 and 5 business days, while shipping to the rest of the world, depending on your location, can take between 7 and 14 business days. While we strive to ship as quickly as possible, delivery times may vary.
Premium Shipping: Gamers-Retro offers premium shipping. Shipments are made within the first 24/48 hours, after making the package available to Correos. The estimated delivery time for this company is 24/48 hours, counting the next day as the first day (excluding holidays and weekends). Gamers-Retro is not responsible for delivery times once they are assigned to Correos.
2. Order Processing
- Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details. Please review this confirmation carefully to ensure all information is correct.
- Processing Time: Our warehouse processes and ships all orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays and weekends). Processing time is 1 to 2 business days if all items are in stock. During periods of high demand, such as new product launches and holidays, processing may take a few additional days. If an item is out of stock, processing may be delayed up to a week.
3. Order Tracking
- Tracking Number: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. This number allows you to monitor the status and location of your package.
- Tracking Information: Please allow some time for tracking information to become available after receiving your tracking number.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping Rates: Shipping is completely FREE for orders over €30. Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before completing your purchase.
