Refund Policy
At Gamers-Retro, we are committed to providing high-quality products with the service you deserve. All of our products come with a 15-day free replacement warranty from receipt of purchase. If your purchase does not match the description or the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will make sure to resolve any issue. If you received the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to send you the correct product or refund your full purchase amount.
For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at info@gamers-retro.shop. We'll replace or refund your purchase once we confirm the problem.
Important Note: This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, water or other abuse of the product.
Memory cards containing games cannot be returned or refunded. SD cards are not covered under warranty, as they are subject to tampering, and we are not responsible for such actions.
Returns and Refunds
Our return policy is valid for 15 days. If more than 15 days have passed since receiving your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To request a refund, follow these steps:
1. Products may only be returned if they are in their original condition and packaging, including any plastic or protective packaging that came with the item from the factory. Products used or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Request your Return Authorization (RA) Number by sending an email to info@gamers-retro.shop with a detailed description of the reason for the return, accompanied by photos or videos of the product that support your request.
3. Once approved, you'll receive an RA number and the address to which you should send the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages.
Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount.
- Please mark the item as a "gift" when returning it, as we do not cover customs fees for returns.
Once we receive your package, we'll inspect the products and issue a full refund to the original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation.
Partial Refund Cases:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not attributable to Gamers-Retro.
- Items returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company and bank, as processing may take some time. If after these steps you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@gamers-retro.shop.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@gamers-retro.shop.
Items for Sale/Promotion:
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Order Cancellation:
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and/or shipped. If you wish to cancel an order before it is processed, a 20% fee will be applied to cover restocking costs and credit card charges.
Invalid Reasons for Returns:
- The buyer changed his mind after making the purchase.
- The buyer found a lower price elsewhere.
We ask that you make an informed decision before completing your purchase, as by placing an order, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the items in your cart.
